Beloved Heavenly America 2nd generation young members and students!
I am Song Yong-cheon, International President of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification. (인사) Thank you.
I’m so delighted to meet young members and students from the Heavenly United States. It feels like I’m seeing my beloved grandchildren so I’m really excited. I feel that I want to be close to you and hug each one of you. I am truly happy to meet you.
I am moved by the fiery passion and youthful spirit radiating from all of you here today. Your hyojeong, your heart of filial devotion to True Mother, feels more intense than that of the youth and students in any other region I have visited. Please gather your strong passion for Heaven and give our beloved True Mother, who has travelled a long way to see you, your heartfelt applause and cheers. (박수와 함성) Thank you.
First, let me read to you from True Mother’s message from September 17 at the Heavenly Japan 2nd Generation Special Rally in Korea.
“You, the second generation, born to True Parents, are their sons and daughters whom God has found after 6,000 years! You are pure water. Yet water should not remain still. It is your responsibility as clear water to follow the flow of providential history, which purifies the world’s turbid waters, and to spread out to the oceans and to the world.
Now please do not be intimidated; you need to reveal the truth of Heaven’s providence honestly. As clear water, you must never become stagnant water. I hope that you will unite with True Mother, the only begotten Daughter, and build heaven on earth in our time, fulfilling Heavenly Parent’s dream and the hope of all people.”
These were True Mother’s words. If, as True Parents’ proud children, we move forward confidently rather than being intimidated by the young people of the world, we will be able to overcome and solve all of the world’s difficult problems. I believe these are words of hope for the world’s young people living at this time.
Beloved young members and students!
Heavenly United States is the continent of Heavenly Parent’s hope and True Parents’ dreams. It is a nation established under Heavenly Parent’s earnest blessing. Since True Parents sent the first missionaries to the United States in 1959, centered on America True Parents have striven to complete the foundation of the global mission. As you may know well, the “Day of Hope” tours, the New York Madison Square Garden rally, the Yankee Stadium rally and the Washington Monument rally were a breathtaking series of providential events. On top of those great victories, we were able to lay a foundation for missions in 194 nations of the world—in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. I have to say that were it not for much sacrificial devotion and love, this great challenge could not have been achieved.
These are providential events that took place before any of you were born, and they may sound like a dream. Yet these are historical facts; and your parents were there. You should be proud of them. Because the global foundation we have today is the fruit of your parents’ course of blood, sweat, and tears.
Understanding this, please let’s give a warm round of applause to our Heavenly USA senior blessed families, our moms and dads, who have been participating in these great ventures with all their heart and soul in the service of True Parents. [박수] Thank you.
There has never been, nor will there ever be, a religion that establishes a worldwide mission base within one generation. This is an unprecedented occurrence that could not have happened without Heavenly Parent’s blessing. The history of the Family Federation’s missionary work is a singular miracle that is recorded in the religious history of the world. Let’s offer a round of applause to our True Parents for their great victory in establishing a global mission foundation! [박수]

Let hope spring up in your hearts!
No matter what anyone says, you are the living beacons of Heavenly America and the pure water of True Parents.
Without you, and your dreams, as the future leaders of Cheon Il Guk, there is no future for Heavenly America. It would indeed be bleak. I encourage you to become the best in each field and to become beacons of hope lighting up the darkness of our world. If you do this, I believe that the world will be purer and Heavenly America will be brighter because of you.
I will always pray for you. Heavenly America, Great America, Victorious America. May the United States, which Heavenly Parent has blessed, be victorious and you, young students, become bright, shining lights for your nation. Aju!
Furthermore, Please become heavenly soldiers, hyojeong lighthouses to brighten up this world. I earnestly hope that you will become true sons and daughters standing at the forefront of the providence and fulfilling True Parents’ hopes.
I am grateful to Heavenly Parent for allowing us to share this precious time today, and I conclude my congratulatory address by wishing everyone here True Parents’ profound blessing and grace. Thank you.
