The Department of Education of the Local Church of Cacuaco organized a 3-day Divine Principle workshop for the youth aged between 9 and 14 years old, on July 14 to 16, 2023. We had around 30 participants. Our aim was to educate the children of the blessed families and help them to see who they are and how they should be living.
On the first day of the workshop, on July 14th Mr. Óscar Manssoni who spoke on the introduction, the Principle of Creation and the root of the human problems, the Fall of man. At the end of the day, Kan Jo David Mambo as the workshop coordinator gave brief remarks.
On the second day, July 15th, Garcia Mulenvo, spoke about chapters three and four of the Divine Principle. Before the second session of the day, there was a break for lunch. At the afternoon session, Pedro Makiesse spoke about chapters five and six of the Divine Principle.
After the lectures, we had a Q&A and sharing session which was followed by a joyful moments game. And at the end of the day, there were some remarks and brief considerations given by the coordinating team.
On the third and last day, João António Mambo as the director of the Education department spoke about chapters 7 and 8 of the Divine Principle. In and of the lectures, Rev. Kinambuta Sambu Pedro, president of the FFWPU Angola, spoke about several important aspects of the daily life of children based on Divine Principle and True Parents’ teaching.
And at the end, Rev. Kinambuta Sambu Pedro gave a gift of True Parents’ Picture to all the children so that they can carry it with them and remember that they are True Parents’ children and so they should live the way God and True Parents expect. In this way, we deeply hope and pray that our children can be connected in heart with Heavenly Parents and True Parents every day of their life or ever and become the true filial sons and daughters that God and True Parents can be proud of.
