The seminar lasted 12 days and it consisted in educating and preparing young 1st and 2nd generation members from sub-region 4 of Heavenly Centra America. The seminar was organized and conducted by the Blessed Family Department. 40 youth participated and some of the parents joined, totaling approximately 50 people who got connected consistently over the 12-day period. Although the seminar was online, the participation was constant. All the participants were happy and motivated at the end of the seminar and expressed desires to continue the preparation to choose their match correctly.
Reflection from 1st generation participant: “Hello, after finishing the seminar, the importance of receiving an education is clearer to me, reading is good, the HDH helps us to be connected, and prayer is excellent, but the seminars where you can ask questions, clear up doubts, and listen to testimonies really help. They motivate us to follow the path with more determination and faith that we can achieve it. I thank the entire organization that made this beautiful seminar possible and all the participants for their support. I hope to see you soon in other seminars and community activities.”
Reflection from 2nd generation participant: “I am very grateful for this 12-day seminar, it was at an appropriate moment that I needed to receive these words, guidance, and inspiration, to learn more deeply about the meaning and process of matching and blessing. The seminar made me reflect a lot internally, to have a closer connection to God and True Parents. Thanks to this seminar, I am convinced of the importance of the path I must take, it gave me the foundation for preparing and starting the matching and blessing process. This seminar solved all the questions and doubts that I had about the right way to follow, how to start this process, how to know when you are prepared, and the main bases and commitments that I must have when starting the process.”
