1, 2. ★The last Peace Forum dealt with the conflict between South Korean liberal democracy and North Korean Juche socialism, also between idealism and materialism, which are the roots of the Inter-Korean ideologies. Then this composite spirit and material, the mind and the body, can be united into one organic whole through true love. This true love is none other than shimjeong. As such, the only way to fundamentally resolve the conflict between the two regimes of the North and the South is to find it in shimjeong and the epic story that stirs the heart. Heavenly Unified Korea Theory refers to a God-oriented, head-wing unification movement that sets out to fundamentally unify South and North, left-wing and right-wing, centering on the axis of heart. All issues such as the historical issues of North-South confrontation, ideological issues, peace talks, human liberation, and South-South conflict can be fundamentally resolved through the central axis of the heart and shimjeong episodes. Here, such a heart-throbbing epic refers to the life of true love and the true love episodes of Sun Myung Moon and Hak Ja Han, who have been campaigning for peace throughout their entire lives. ★The Godism of Heavenly Unified Korea is a movement to return to the original roots of our nation: the Gyeongcheon ideology, Hongik ideology, and Gwangmyeong ideology of Gojoseon that was established so long ago by the ancient king Dangun. The founding ideology of our Heavenly Unified Korea is the triple pillars of Aecheon—Love Heaven, Ae in—Love Human, and Ae guk—Love Nation. Because only thus can the legitimate cornerstone of the nation and the universality embodied by the two Koreas in their fullness be preserved. And this movement must set forth the ideology that can present the future coordinates of a unified Korea. That is the principle of God-centered coexistence, co-prosperity, and co-righteousness: this is the founding ideology of Heavenly Unified Korea. The ideal of coexistence, co-prosperity, and co-righteousness constitutes a movement to return to the fundamental source of freedom and equality, the twin ideologies of the two Koreas, by revealing the limits of liberal democracy and communism.
★North Korea is fabricating the history of the nation to fit the history of class struggle. The feudal era, in which land was plundered and exploited by feudal aristocrats, the Three Kingdoms, Goryeo, and Joseon eras, capitalist society in which workers were exploited by capitalists, finally concludes in a communist society through the communist revolution. However, the history of our nation has been a history of overcoming many ordeals. It was a history of protecting the destiny of the nation “with God’s help” in the face of invasions by the Sui dynasty, Tang dynasty, dispatching even one million troops, northern Khitan, Jurchen, Mongolia, and the Japanese Imperial invasion by sea. Nowhere in our history do we find any story of class struggle. Thus the 38th Parallel (the DMZ) between the two Koreas is not simply a military confrontation, but a confrontation line between ideologies where communism and democracy, idealism and materialism, theism and atheism oppose each other, and it is the crossover line of good and evil values. Our history of national struggle is not a history of class struggle, but a history of struggle over good vs. evil.
3. ★Peaceful reunification of North and South Korea by the principle of co-righteousness sets out to address three themes. The first issue is the question of who is the subject of the Korean Peninsula? This topic is a comes under the ontology of Heavenly Parents in the co-righteousness principle of Heavenly Unified Korea Theory. Is the subject on the Korean Peninsula the transcendental god of Christian theology or Parent-Leader of Juche thought? This item critiques the transcendental Christian theology, and presents an alternative philosophy. ★Second, focusing on the filial piety ideology, the original meaning of the bourgeois revolution, the freedom and proletarian revolution of liberal democracy, and the equality concept of socialism are investigated. We criticize the two systems of liberation of human beings, and present as the alternative the Hyojeong ideology based on shimjeong (heart). ★Third, it deals with alternatives to the ideological conflict that spawns South-South conflict in South Korea, and especially the encroachment of cultural Marxism. Capitalism’s decadent culture and cultural Marxism both spread a distorted culture along two extremes, undermining family ethics, so constructive responses to these challenges are urgently needed. Hyojeong Character Education and the Absolute Sex movement are presented as alternatives. Through this cultural resistance movement, we present the vision of Heavenly Unified Korea by realizing the principle of coexistence, co-prosperity, and co-righteousness.
4. ★We will discuss three themes regarding the peaceful reunification of North and South Korea under the principle of co-prosperity. First, addressing the question, “What is peace?” we discuss peace relativism and disguised pacifism in current divided North-South Korea, and peace essentialism in Heavenly Unified Korea. Secondly, open ethnic identity and pride is an alternative to the provincial nationalism of South Korea and North Korea. Third, regarding the All-Korean General Elections, South Korea’s unification plan, North Korea’s federal unification plan, and alternatives will be examined.

7. Next, let us examine communism. First, since co-prosperity is a principle dealing with the political system under Godism, both political systems—liberal democracy based on sung-sang values and socialism based on hyung-sang values—will be dealt with under this topic. Liberal democracy is a political principle that combines liberalism and democracy. Liberalism is a system in which freedom is the core value of human rights, and democracy is a system in which the people have sovereignty. Liberalism aims to minimize the interference of state power, but it has the problem of abuse of freedom and greed pursuing only capital collide with the freedoms of others. Democracy pursues “politics of the people, by the people, and for the people”; but it has the problem of failure of representation, because the partisanship of vested interests and elected representatives do not properly conduct politics for the people. A person elected by the people becomes a member of the National Assembly or the President, but the issue of fairness is that they are not elected fairly due to excessively expensive and competitive election campaigning. On the other hand, socialism is a system of the people, by the people, and for the people—but based only on the proletarian class. Whereas liberal democracy results in the struggle of all due to the abuse of individual freedom, socialism emphasizes class struggle and revolution and amplifies hatred.

9. ★Already back in 1945 the nationalist movement became differentiated when partisans encountered the ideological confrontation between the left and the right. In other words, the right tried to find the origin of Korean nationalism in the historical tradition, but the left tried to deal with nationalism incidentally by absorbing the national problem into the class struggle theory. In the end, the division of North and South Korea led to disputes over national legitimacy. North Korea criticized the Marxist concept of nation in the 1960s, which emphasized the commonality of language, territory, economic life, and psychological state. After that, North Korea switched to a federal system based on one nation, one country, two systems, and two governments, and expanded the principle of autonomy in Juche thought to the national level while placing national independence at the fore. This name is conferred, asserting the nationalism of the North Korean “people” as a superior nation, as those who submit to the guidance of Leader. ★In the video above, North Korea realizing the autonomy of the masses. This is because it is a fabricated view of humanity that advocates humanism. It makes no sense to talk about “communism with a human face.” ★In Juche thought, the physical life dies, but the social and political life of the popular masses, which is bestowed on them by Parent-Leader, lives on forever. The idea is that the autonomy of the popular masses emphasizes their socialism with the masses as the main body, but that is nothing but false propaganda. This is because the subject of the popular masses is the Supreme Leader, and Leader alone is the real subject. The view of humanity in Juche thought is that of man with autonomy, consciousness, and creativity. Article 3 of the North Korean Constitution stipulates that the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is a people-centered worldview and Juche thought is a revolutionary ideology aimed at will endure forever when they establish kinship bonds with Leader through the Party.
10. ★In our nation the theory of self-determination and national liberation became the basic ideology of the March 1st Movement about the same time that U.S. President Woodrow Wilson advocated national self-determination in 1918. A provisional government was established as a result of the March 1st Movement, and “Korea was established as a democratic republic.” Korean nationalism has the character of an anti-government movement, including the struggle against the Korea-Japan Agreement in the 1960s and the national democracy movement of the 1970s and 1980s. On the other hand, Jang Jun-ha’s “Nationalist Path”, which presented “one nation” as the logical basis for unification, expressed the logic of national sensibility, but was criticized as “fanciful logic” in light of the confrontation between the two Koreas. Although Korean nationalism has shown various aspects, it is strongly characterized by ethnic nationalism emphasizing lineage, language, culture and customs. In the concept of ethnic nationalism, it represents the whole nation united into one, including both the ruling class such as the king or feudal lord, and the subjects such as the people. The era of nationalism in one country and the era of exclusive and isolated nationalism in the global era is long gone. Moreover, people’s nationalism based on narrow partisanship leads to exclusivity and isolation. Nationalism should be an open nationalism that is open to the world. ★It is a universal nationalism going beyond partisanship! We must have the ideology of peace that overcomes narrow nationalism, and can only be overcome by open national stakeholders with national legitimacy and subjectivity based on the Gyeongcheon ideal.
11. ★All-Korean General Elections: North Korea can gain the initiative at Korean reunification through All-Korean General Elections (the United Nations Community established the Korea Democratic Union) considering the possibility that North Korea would absorb and unify the whole Korean Peninsula through open General Elections. ★Election method: Population proportional system, regional proportional system, general election under the supervision of the United Nations, or election by an election watchdog determined by the two Koreas.
★Problem: In North Korea, people’s organizations based on ideological parties and Kim Il-sung’s Juche thought have already been completed, whereas in South Korea, a society where particular interest parties are swarming and individualism is prevalent. In North Korea, as 25 million representatives of an ideological party, it is certain that Kim Jong-un will run alone, but in South Korea, several people can run for office. How to prepare for the inter-Korean general election: It is known there is possibility of training and sending to South Korea, possibility of conducting election campaigns based on blood ties or delay, possibility of buying with money, blackmailing, intimidation, terrorism, or even committing suicide. There are cases where an infiltrator from the North knew in advance the lifestyle, status, and even physique of his relatives he met in South Korea. Awareness education in preparation for General Elections between the two Koreas and a national movement organization to prepare for unification with the people as the main body. Develop a reunification movement based on the ideology of coexistence, co-prosperity, co-righteousness.

13. ★North Korea’s nationalism is not universal nationalism, but people’s nationalism with partisan class characteristics, and Juche nationalism guided by Leader. In North Korea, Parental-Leader is the granter of eternal life, the progenitor of the nation, the divine being, and the savior. The whole of North Korea has become a nation of civic religion worshiping Father-Leader as God. As such, North Korea’s “Juche” has become the sole ideology and religion of the North Korean authorities. Godism and co-righteousness accuse Kim Il-sung, the false subject, and find the Juche ideology wanting, and declare that it can no longer be issued on earth. Then who is God and who is the subject in Korea? ★Orthodox Christian doctrine defines a spiritual reality, and defines God as the transcendent, Absolute Other, the Self-existent Being who transcends the material world in which sin resides. Now Nietzsche has risen proclaiming the death of Christendom, shouting that the spiritual God is dead. This is where the theology of the death of God originated. The spiritual God has died, and with Him the theology that one must believe in the historical narrative, the event of the Word, and gone is the empirical Jesus Himself as God. What remains is the secularization of God and the theology of God’s death. Then is Jesus really God Himself? → The dialectic of creation from nothing and the law of resemblance.
14. ★The South-South conflict includes generational conflict, class conflict, labor-management conflict, and ideological conflict, but the left-right ideological struggle is the most serious. Leftist theories include Marxism, Juche thought, and cultural Marxism. The standard proposition that divided Korea’s movement into two factions is Marx’s proposition, “The brain of liberation is philosophy, and its heart is the proletariat.” The NL faction affiliated with the revolutionary brain as a consciousness-raising movement from above, while the Marxist PDs with the heart of revolution fought for the initiative from the bottom up with the goal of a violent revolution by the working masses. This struggle ended in an overwhelming victory for the NL Juche Leader faction. It was the cultural revolution of neo-Marxism such as Gramsci, Marcuse, and Habermas that ignited this even more. They are trying to turn capitalist society upside down through the cultural revolution, instead of Marx’s political revolution in the midst of capitalism. The culture and ideology of the capitalists in the superstructure oppress and exploit the working class in the infrastructure. It is to deceive and extort through the power of capitalism’s culture. In this way, on the Korean peninsula, the Korean War was caused by the instigation of the Soviet Union, the stronghold of Marxist communism, the Korean War, and after that, the Great Cooperation by the main factions of the Juche ideology, the Han Chongryon’s 30 years of consciousness-raising movement in the 70s and 80s, and the cultural hegemony movement by Cultural Marxism under the name of Althusser. Because of Ron and Gramsci’s sincerity, the CARP was expelled from the university campus. Marx’s specter is a poisonous mushroom that blooms wherever there is social inequality and dissatisfaction. In the end, Marcuse’s sexual liberation movement arrived, liberating Freud’s sexual instincts and destroying the innate sexual timidity and the sacredness of the family, and promoting diverse forms such as gays and lesbians as family forms: “A more diverse family than a healthy one.” It is the ultimate truth that life, sex, and lineage are one, and it is the standard of the movement for co-righteousness in Heavenly Unified Korea. There is nothing more important than understanding sex and correcting the order of sex centering on God in that the image of God is eventually realized in a family where a married couple becomes one. Here, the revolution of Absolute Sex, the New View of Values movement, and the True Family movement confirm how urgent and great the new cultural revolution is.
★Heavenly Parents Holy Community, One God, One Conscience, One Religious Scriptures, One Religion. This is an uprising for the unification of conscientious religious people, academics, politicians, and businessmen. Who is the subject? Who is the God of the Korean Peninsula?
15. The logic of being among the Korean people is very unrealistic in international dynamics, and there is a high possibility that it will be biased towards North Korea’s Juche nationalism. The fundamental problem with respect to international dynamics is that of China and the United States in regard to Asian hegemony. Behind the history of this suffering, there must be the providence of Heaven that has protected the Korean people. There are good reasons for that. ★The origin of our nationalism is Dangun’s Gyeongcheon (“Revere Heaven”) ideology. Choi Je-woo, who started the Donghak Movement, advocated the ideology of Sicheonju (侍天主) based on the ideology of Gyeongcheon. The God of heaven, which the Korean people have revered and believed in, is the God of the Trinity, in which the trinity of the Koreans, Han Woong, and Han Sword, are united. “Hwan” or “Han” is the main body of the Triune Godhead. The Baedal tribe, Hankyoreh, and Han tribe names all mean “bright” without darkness or sin.

18. ★The one body theory: One (一) and three (三) are also included in this character “han”. This is called the Trinity Principle; “Han” as its main body, is human (因). It refers to the Three Great Subjects Thought in which parent, teacher, and owner becomes one. ★These three historically come from “han”, which is one body, live in the meaning of “han”, and then return to the original place of “han.” This Dangun’s Gyeongcheon Thought, that is, in one way of thinking, was presented as the ideal of realizing the ideal world of Gyeongcheon Aemin, Ewha World, and Imperial unity (祭政一致). The ideal world of freedom, equality and peace will be realized in a bright world where the one and the whole, the whole and the one, and the morning sun all shine brightly.

He said, “The oriental view of the universe and world will overcome the limitations of the Western mind, and will resolve the conflict and confrontation between left and right ideologies.” In the ’88 Seoul Olympics, people around the world became one and achieved a dialogue like the lyrics of the Seoul Olympics song, ‘Hand in hand we stand, all across the land.” Although it is called a left-right ideological struggle, from the point of view of the history of civilization, it is the result of the confrontation and conflict between Hellenism, a human-centered ideology, and Hebraism, a god-centered ideology. Therefore, the key to reunification of the Korean Peninsula must be found in the new zeitgeist, that is, the third ideology, that connects the spiritual veins of Confucius (儒), Buddha (Buddha), and Zen (仙) in the East and encompasses the left and right ideologies.
20. ★The sphere of continental civilization, the ancient Egyptian civilization, was formed on the rich agricultural foundation brought by the huge Nile river. The continental civilization moved to the Greek and Roman peninsular civilizations across the Mediterranean Sea, and then to the island nation of England via Europe, forming an island civilization dominating the world’s maritime sphere. After that, the island civilization crossed the Atlantic Ocean to the Americas, bearing fruit as a civilization of state-of-the-art science and technology centered on the United States.
21. ★On November 10, 1981, at the 10th International Scientific Unification Conference held in Seoul, the proposal for the construction of the International Peace Expressway that connects the world “I have a proposal that I would like to present. It is to build a great highway in Asia from China to Japan through Korea and a great highway to the free world.” ★ The International Peace Expressway proposed by Yang Yu-bun connects China and Russia through North and South Korea, uniting Eastern and Western Europe and the world. → An international neutral zone 1 km wide lines both sides of the highway, and we will construct four lanes centered on the separation zone. → We introduce visa-free international immigration by setting up an immigration office at the interchange. → There are no vehicles loaded with weapons nor troop movements are allowed. → This will realize a ‘peace highway’ to connect the world peacefully. ★As part of the construction of the International Peace Expressway, we propose the Korea-Japan Undersea Tunnel with the goal of forming an East Asian community. → In April 1982, the International Highway Construction Project was established in Japan, and in July 1983, investigations of the land and sea areas of Karatsuwa Iki and Tsushima in Saga Prefecture, Kyushu, Japan began.
