On the first day of the current three-generation forty-day world tour, the True Family spoke in twelve locations in Korea. Father himself spoke at the Marriott Hotel, delivering his speech to an audience of one thousand two hundred people. In the course of his delivery, Father departed from the prepared text a number of times. The following are translated excerpts from these extemporaneous words that interspersed those of the official speech.
Whether you believe it or not, this is a matter of life and death and will be the summit you will inevitably have to cross over in the eternal course. You will know even in death. Of course, proclaiming the liberation of our homeland confidently and openly despite the opposition of 120 nations, and sending my beloved wife and children to 120 battlefields around the world is unthinkable and counter to commonsense. Now, from the positions of a grandfather and a grandmother, we are training our children.
We blessed our grandsons and granddaughters. By doing so, we conquered the two-generation summit and climbed up to the level of three generations.

On this foundation, forty nations, the Old Testament Age, the New Testament Age, the Completed Testament Age, and the 120 nations were all represented and included in the effort to open the gates to restoring the failure of the first realm of the grandfather. The three generations, including that of the grandfather, raised high their banner and overcame not having been able to attend the three great realms centered upon the Heavenly Parent, that is, the Parent of the Old Testament Age, the Parent of the New Testament Age, and the Parent of the Completed Testament Age. Now, after having done so, I have had the twelve disciples’ clans set out and go on a global offensive for the liberated world of the heart of the fourth Adam.
There is not one person on earth who can think of me as a fool, because I am backed by a logical foothold by which I can explain all my actions and answer any question thrown at me.

Then I will push forward, into the entire world, into all nations. Those taking part on this occasion are from three generations—the grandfather, the sons and daughters, and the grandchildren…. Therefore, I hope you will understand that at this time Heaven and I are competing against each other.

The ancestors in the spirit world as well as those in the failed realm of the angelic world should come down to earth and work for True Parents’ realm of victory for three to seven years. In that way they can be a part of the great enterprise of achieving the model ideal family in the ideal world planned by God, in which God will be the Lord of the first, second and third generations, whom He will love. Along with the announcement of His victory, He will bestow the authority of Heaven on all humanity, so that all those in the angelic world and the physical world can be liberated and inherit it. Please bear in mind that this is the sacred moment when we are emerging as victors in the fight to accomplish such a solemn task.

Have you ever thought about lineage? You men of the fallen race, shamelessly sticking out your chests even though you have lost the lineage, and you fickle women, fluttering around like flowers over crossroads like fallen Eve, where will you end up? You should understand what the signal at the intersection is telling you to do….
Without mother or father, there cannot be lineage. Don’t you want to be filial sons and daughters? Come up here if you don’t. You don’t understand this, and so you have become good-for-nothings treating True Parents and God thoughtlessly. You need to understand that only when you realize this truth can the duties of patriots working to save their country be restored.

Because nationhood and religion have come to an end, we should find our way back to the original Garden of Eden, where nations and religion were not needed. In the Garden, there were neither nations nor religions. Since not even the most eminent pastors, religious leaders, or even the four great religious founders have gotten into the Garden of Eden, to enter it they are waiting for the liberated kingdom of heaven, which will be opened by True Parents.

The time will come when even your grandsons and granddaughters can go to the residences of the world’s presidents and command the presidents, vice presidents, and speakers of congress to gather, and they actually will. Though you don’t understand that age, among you there should be people who have graduated from grade school through junior high and high school to university, risen in the world and become eligible to be enthroned as kings. Is there anyone who has such qualifications?
Let’s talk frankly for a moment. You’ve all wanted to fight me, haven’t you? The eight Korean administrations opposed me and tried to do away with me. Innumerable religions tried to eliminate me in the 1950s, but you can see the number of followers who are with me now and you should come to see that this is the reality. This is what is actually happening.

Those who have lived by swindling others cannot become peace ambassadors. When you reverse the Chinese characters for the word swindle (sa gi) what do you get? You get gi sa [engineer]. Do you understand, Mr. Government Minister? Repent on this day, and since I have now acknowledged you as one of us, let us work together.

Are the parents and their sons and daughters united? How can you expect obedience from them when they are not united? Body and mind are in conflict; husband and wife are also in conflict. …
It is enough to become the sons and daughters of God, the princes and princesses. What more could you want? You may think to yourselves later that you came across some very peculiar man at this rally, a man who is peculiar because he doesn’t know how to fight and thinks only about peace.

Because I have reasonable theories and explanations to back them up, I can tell even the most prominent professors and chancellors to listen to me. You don’t know how much I was persecuted and how people tried to seize and destroy me, but I have many peace ambassadors working for me. Some of them are even Nobel Prize laureates and presidents. This gentleman sitting at the front, which minister is he? Only government ministers can sit in the front. He is in charge of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation. They have asked me to shoulder responsibility for Yeosu and Sooncheon.

At this time, the four grandsons were blessed cross-culturally. Most of the in-laws are Japanese, aren’t they? There was only one all-Korean couple. Japanese people were our enemy. If the couples married cross-culturally fail to form ideal families and consequently make this world into a haunt of the Devil, that won’t do at all. On that foundation, in place of the Korean people, they are to accomplish the restoration of a new language, race, and heart in the universe, in short, to re-create the kingdom of God.

Unless in a family the husband and wife compete with each other to live for the sake of the other, a family of peace cannot make its appearance on earth. Those who are unfaithful to their spouses must come back to their senses and repent.

It is not through ordinary love that a child can exhibit filial piety. It is only through sacrificial love. Even when he is starving, he should give his food his parents to feed them; he should buy what he cannot afford for his parents and die for them if the need arises. A son who exhibits filial piety practices sacrificial love. How can mothers teach their children to have filial piety?
It is not through themselves that parents can become owners of love. Only after giving birth to their own children, sons and daughters, can the love of parents come to reside in their ignorant, unenlightened hearts. Thus, they become parents who can weep for their child before the child cries, parents who can grieve over their son before they come to love him. That is why the father and mother do not award themselves the title “parent.” It is their own children who do so. Even when a child turns out to be ugly, the parents can tearfully love him or her with the heart of a loving mother or father. This is how the value of “parents” is created.

Mother gave birth to thirteen children in the name of a parent. Five of our children and grandchildren have passed away. She has lived a life of tears; on her wedding day, she hid under her blanket and wept. Until you become a father or mother, you can never understand the circumstances of sons and daughters, so try to pray for an answer.

Now no one can brand me a failure. Has there ever been anyone who has worked to resolve the grief of the grandfather and humanity through three generations, going so far as to push three generations of his family out to the brink of death? Satan waged war on the Unification Church, doing anything and everything to make sure we could not be blessed. He worked to break down our family. Yet I sent out my family to such a dangerous battlefield, and the next day I went out by ship across stormy waters around Geomun Island. For twenty-five years, I have been riding such a ship; I’ve never been able to lie down in comfort. I have been too tired to rest—On top of that, it rained too—I have never allowed myself a moment of rest. I’ve told myself I couldn’t sleep until the resting place for God’s sons and daughters was made. I have come onstage today after saying my final prayers. Those who reject me will become unfortunate; good fortune will leave them and they will drift along in misfortune. I’m being very frank about this.

Unification Church members should love their nation, humankind and God just as must as they adore and yearn for me. Unification Church members cannot help but love and care for me, because that is the standard. Those who are not like that will split off from others and take a side path.

The Holy Burning Ceremony is not mentioned in this speech. Unless everything that should be burned away from your families is destroyed and your families can begin from the ideal seed, as a new seed of the kingdom of heaven as desired by God, the new kingdom of heaven cannot be established. This is all logical.

I have passed through sixty-one years to restore everything to the way it was before the Fall, that is, to build a bridge. It is my given responsibility to complete all the work by October 14, and I have walked a narrow path, where one false move would determine whether I should live or die. I’ve confronted and contested with Satan, finally emerging with victorious supremacy. If I had not, God could not be brought to dwell there.
