World Culture and Sports Festival 2000, First International Blessing of 400 Million Couples held on February 13, 2000, at Seoul Olympic Stadium.
Beloved Father. From the ultimate begging of the universe, You have been the source of the true life, true love, true lineage, and true conscience. You created Adam and Eve on this earth by dividing Your divine nature of dual characteristics. Adam was born with true love, true life, true lineage, and true conscience according to Your original nature, and so was Eve. There was a time for achieving individual perfection for the sake of establishing the nation, world, and cosmos centered on God’s family. In order that they could become substantial beings that connect life, lineage, and conscience centered on God’s love, the ideal of creation—which sought to connect the horizontal life and love to the vertical lineage and establish it on the foundation of the conscience—had to progress through individual, family, nation, world, and cosmos, building a house where God could dwell in the living realm of ideal substance.
In the course of creation, God has sought to establish the children and blessed families who can rule over the entire universe as the masters of individual, family, national, world, and cosmic perfection by completing the individual house, family house, national house, and cosmic house and in the unity of God’s absolute love, life, and lineage. In this process, Adam and Eve were to establish the basis of the beginning of family and beginning of life, lineage, and conscience for the sake of inheriting God’s love, and to build a house in which to serve God in connection with the nation, world and cosmos; then God would have become a lord (chu-in) together with Adam and Eve and established the eternal oneness and sovereignty of love. All this has been lost through false love. However, through the Messiah and the providence, God has sent the True Parents to this earth to turn upside down all the works of the false parents and to establish the tradition of individual restoration, family restoration, national restoration, and cosmic restoration through the blessing.
The Unification Church started such a ceremony on the trans-international and trans-national levels of the fallen world, and it has been forty years since we commenced the family blessing through which all our ancestors in the spiritual world and all the descendants on earth can plant the seed of the tradition of the original blessing throughout the individuals, families, tribes, races (peoples), nations, world, and cosmos. We are grateful to You that beyond the world standard so far established and through the unified suffering of the heavenly world and earthly world for the sake of the blessing, You have enabled us to welcome the world of blessing where the heavenly parents and children can create the realm of heavenly lineage by connecting to the true love, true life, and true lineage of the True Parents and God.
Hence, as all those who were separated from God have become one with heaven through the realms of world liberation on earth and in heaven, You can eternally occupy the position of the True Parent and assume the eternal authority of the True Parent by becoming the independent owner of heaven and earth, realize all Your hope of a reign of love and the unification of the cosmos through the liberation of the spiritual world and earth, and march into the world of God’s independent dominion and jeon-chae [vertical presence, transcendence], jeon-ban [horizontal presence, immanence], jeon-kwon [sovereignty] and jeon-mu; this has become possible through the blessing of the 400 million couples, which we are now conducting.
Please establish these people as central families in the pursuit of individual, family, tribal, race, and national perfection, with which You have blessed us, and embrace them as Your children; bless them to become houses and children in which all people who desire to find rest in Your home can dwell together with You. I desire and pray with blessing, in the name of the True Parents, that You accept the realization this occasion of the victorious Blessing ceremony through which they can eternally possess the sovereignty of love and at the same time combine true love, true life, and true lineage in the liberated earthly world and heavenly world, thereby offering everything to You as a whole tribe.
