On November 1, 1996 at 1:00 pm, (11-1-1) in Montevideo Uruguay, during a lunch gathering at the Victoria Plaza Hotel, True Parents made a very important proclamation; this was in reference to the Establishment of the Family Federation for World Peace and the End of Indemnity. Representatives of the Federation to Save the New Nation, Women’s Federation for World Peace, Youth Federation for World Peace, CARP, HARP, businesses, leaders and members of the Unification Church were present; altogether around 200 people attended the gathering. The following are excerpt from Father’s speech and the proclamation.
What began with the fallen family was extended to the society, clan, nation and world. All throughout his life Reverend Moon had to establish indemnity conditions in order to liquidate the past and to begin a new era on this earth. True Parents had j to go through eight levels of indemnity and overcome evil on those eight stages in order to proclaim that the ‘alpha’ which God lost at the beginning has been recovered. That J is the reason why the Family Federation is being established worldwide. It is the Family Federation for World Peace because finally the family has been established as the base j for world peace. From the family level up to the level of the world everything is going to be restored through the Family Federation.
When God created Adam and Eve, He did it with absolute faith in what He was doing, with absolute love in what He was doing and with absolute obedience to the principles which He had established upon creation. Therefore, Adam and Eve had to respond to God with that kind of absolute faith, absolute love and absolute obedience. That is the difference between heaven and hell, just one step. Because of false parents we lost God’s ideal, thus True Parents have to come to earth. Having fulfilled such a formula, Rev. Moon J and his wife are now in the position of True Parents. They have established all the indemnity conditions at the eight stages and at the world level. That is why now we begin J through this federation to consolidate families which become the base for world peace.
History began with one family which lived selfishly. Now then we have to form families which will live for the whole, 180 degrees in the opposite direction. These are families of absolute love, absolute conjugal relationships and absolute unity. That is the reason why you have to receive the blessing from True Parents. I do not know whether you understand what I am trying to convey to you. It is not only you who have to receive the blessing from True Parents, but also your children, even though they might not understand yet.”
“The victory which Rev. Moon and his wife have gained can be inherited by all of humanity through the blessing; that which belongs to the parents will belong to the children. Then neither Satan nor God can take away what you inherit from True Parents.”
“All this means that the indemnity which True Parents, representing mankind, and humanity ha e been paying has been completed. The final condition of indemnity was fulfilled through the recent speaking tour made by Mother. By carrying out this tour, she restored completely Eve’s failure, as well as the failure of al] the women who throughout history left their responsibility undone. “
“The victory which True Parents have reached at the world level can be transferred to all families through the Family Federation.”
[True Father clarified that with this condition by Mother, all of our good ancestors are being freed from Satanic accusation and can descend to the earth from today on; they are free to collaborate with us to reach our goal for the next blessing. Later that day Father surprised everyone by raffling 4 boats measuring 28, 24, 20 and 16 feet respectively. The winners happily for a picture with True Parents. Finally, Father invited all the people present to pray about the significance of that day and for the blessing they received by being there. He also invited them to comeback next year at the same time with ten new guest.]
