Father’s speech on April 15, 1991 at World Mission Center
At the present time, there are more than 5 billion people living on the face of the earth. But they are totally confused: they do not know how their history was initiated, why they are in this chaotic situation today, and what they are heading for in the future.
When the beginning point is absolutely clear here can be no fluctuations, because the end goal is also very clear. However, our history has not been so; it has been proceeding in disorder. The standard of good and evil is always changing, causing great confusion and tragedy in human life. Initially, goodness was to always have the upper hand and to prosper. Despite such a principle or desire, goodness has been suffering. Why? Why can’t goodness flourish? These are very important questions to ponder today.
In history, there have always been two major elements: good and evil. The good part and evil part are always engaged in confrontation. At certain times, this conflict has developed into bloodshed, which continues even to this day.
There have been so many kingdoms and empires that have come and gone throughout history. Those empires and kingdoms did not measure their destiny when they were going up or going down: no one knew when they would flourish or when they would be demolished. Throughout history, the rulers of the world have wanted to stay in power, to continue their “goodness”; but for reasons unknown to them, their kingdoms had to end. What is the principle directing the cycles of good and evil? If there is an absolutely good sovereignty, for example, then evil power should diminish, allowing goodness to flourish. However, such an absolute good principle, or good ruler has never existed. Rather, each ruler made up his own set of rules or principles defining good and evil. Therefore, each set is different from the next, with everyone operating under a different criteria of good and evil. A country had to enforce its own set of rules and maintain its sovereignty, so prisons, a system of judgment and even capital punishment were established within each nation. The standard of good and evil has fluctuated in accordance with the thinking and standards of each ruler and his sovereignty.
All of humanity is destined to choose one way or the other: to take a good road which will help them flourish, or an evil road by which they will eventually perish. That has been the panorama of history. But the amazing thing is this: each individual has been endowed by the Creator, the Almighty God, with special equipment that has a special function: the conscience. Even though others are setting good or evil standards, the conscience of every individual decides: “I cannot follow that standard; that is not my standard of goodness.”
Furthermore, the conscience has the power of judgment: the conscience can tell at what level of evil or what level of goodness a country is on. Even between countries that appear to be similar, the conscience can discriminate which is the better country. The conscience can not only evaluate and judge, but is also moving itself toward the best goodness it can find.
EDUCATION’S PURPOSE
What is the purpose of education? In your opinion, is the purpose of education to educate the body or the conscience? (To educate the conscience.) Your answer is absolutely wrong you’ve been sleeping and not listening to Father. I have just said that the conscience automatically has the power to judge between good and evil, and to follow the good, whereas the body is an absolute mess. Therefore, what needs to be educated and guided in the right direction is the body. So when you meet a person, your conscience will know how good or how bad that person is. Where the conscience and body always fight, such a person will have a lot of contradiction within himself. But conscientious people have more harmony and cooperation between their conscience and body.
According to this principle, the spirit world has to deal with the unchanging quality of conscience. Because the body is changing all the time, the spirit world cannot center on the body; therefore, the spirit world works with the eternally unchanging conscience. Our conscience resembles the spirit world; whereas the body cannot receive or communicate with the spirit world. The conscience, however, is parallel or completely horizontal when the spirit world is coming down vertically to meet it. Spirit world vibrates together with the conscience; in such a state of harmony, the conscience can receive a message from the spirit world.
The five human senses of sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch obey the body and, like the body, are very changeable. You cannot rely on such senses. Evil can fly in and out of the many loopholes created by the changing perspectives of the human senses. The eye can perceive the same image in many different ways; the body, following that vision, acts on it and goes down the evil road. The body wants to eat good things, to wear beautiful clothing and to rest. For example, when the body goes to a banquet room where a table is laden with special cuisine, the body always whispers, “That belongs to you; go there, sit down and eat.” But the mind says, “What are you talking about? That’s for special VIPs, there’s protocol; you don’t belong there.” The mind rejects the idea in an effort to find its own place and to harmonize; the mind not only considers where it belongs, but also where its particular position is. This is because the mind knows that by always seeking humility and following certain protocols, others will be pleased. The mind wants to serve others, so it will not follow the orders of the body. Therefore, the mind or conscience, knows the position of goodness.
THE ROOT OF CONSCIENCE
Let us think about the root of our mind? Have you ever seen your mind? Okay, everyone, put your mind in the palm of your hand. Have you ever touched your mind? Your mind is living with you, but have you ever felt it? These are very serious questions.
You cannot touch, see, or even know whether your mind is dwelling within you; but you know such a thing is there. Do you know where that mind comes from its origin or root? Is the root of the mind visible or invisible? (Invisible.) Absolutely invisible. The root of the mind has absolutely clear goals, direction and purpose. Therefore, your mind is always working toward better and better goodness. Do you want to become sons and daughters of filial piety or would you rather be loyal subjects? Would you want to be a rebellious son or a patriot? Which would you choose to become: a patriot or a saint? (Saint.) A patriot is limited to one country, while a saint is universal and eternal. The purpose, goal and direction of the root of the mind has not changed in millions, even billions, of years. That is the root of the conscience. The more a man follows the direction of conscience, the more he is known to have a noble character. For that reason, the root of conscience must have the holiest of all characters and be a center of eternal goodness.
I The purpose and direction of the original root of conscience and your conscience are parallel. So you have to know the goal and purpose very clearly; then there is no confusion and you know absolutely everything. What do you think the ultimate goal is for the conscience? Is it knowledge? (No.) Knowledge is changeable. There is incredible confusion in academic society, for there is no absolute truth guiding the academic world. Is its goal money? One time Father allowed a minister who had never had much money in his life to keep a check for a very large amount of money. Father told him to keep it for one week and then bring it back. That person couldn’t sleep even one night for fear of a thief coming to rob him. He was completely nervous before the week was up. He told Father, “A large amount of money is absolutely too much. I don’t want it-it makes my life miserable.”
Is its goal political power? In order to maintain this power, you must have absolute savvy and may become very cruel. Saddam Hussein is a good example of this. When you have sovereignty position and power, there is always someone else aiming to topple that power. So political power has nothing to do with eternal happiness.
Then there is God. Let’s say that God is almighty. Almighty God is thinking about eternal peace and happiness. He must have devised something other than money, power or knowledge to be the goal of the original root of conscience: something the would not endanger human tranquility or threaten human life. What is the most precious thing in human history? Conscience; because conscience is the origin of life. Centered upon conscience we can talk about love; a new element of love comes in. Throughout history, conscience has been connected to lineage. Conscience is such a precious invisible treasure for human lives.
Your conscience belongs to the universe, because it comes from within the root of the universe; it is sharing the root.
If you were to ask your conscience, “What kind of ancestor would you like to have? Your conscience would answer, “Universal, absolutely.” In life, you want to compete with the number one to become number one yourself. That is human nature. Conscience is most important, number one. What is number two then?
I don’t know; I’m asking you. I want to hear your answer. Number two is love. The next most important element is love; but love and conscience are virtually one, because conscience exists in love and love exists in conscience. They work together in harmony, trying to be number one. Do you know how much love you need? Can you see love? Let me see your love. No one can see a love body or love reality. Love can only be manifested through a loving action. Do you think love travels on the surface, or in the deepest possible depths? Love is like a shaft or axis. Everything turns around an axis. Everything in the universe turns around love. Think about a wheel; when the wheel turns, the axis in its center never turns, but is stationary, while everything else turns very fast.
In the same way, love is that axis. Although the human conscience may create a noble character, different men and women have different types of conscience and cannot unite them. For that reason, Almighty God created a catalyst, to help them become one. That catalyst is the element of love. Love brings them together like glue. Therefore, the ultimate goal or direction of man’s conscience has to be love.
LOVE THAT CREATES VIRTUES
The love man’s conscience is seeking is the most powerful and at the same time the most inspiring quality of love. No gap can be created by that type of love, for it will fill every hole and create bridges over vast areas. By stepping on that “love staircase” you can go to the highest possible realm. Conscience is seeking the quality love that creates virtues: the love that creates filial piety toward parents, brotherhood, patriots and saints. Nothing else can bridge all of these attributes into one harmonious line except love. Love alone has the power to unite all things. We can conclude that the root of conscience’s goal is love. Love will create all kinds of harmony, all kinds of beauty, all kinds of goodness and happiness. Love is so flexible it can turn and bring the front and rear into one, left and right into one, up and down into one. It is almost like Disneyland where there are many rides going in all kinds of directions with everyone enjoying the many different types of rides. Conscience and love are like that. When you go to an amusement park and ride the roller coaster, everyone is yelling and screaming together. No one will say, “Why do you scream? Don’t yell, silence!” Even old grandparents will scream along with everyone else. In that kind of situation, everyone is very flexible: old grandma holds young grandson, even a stranger will hold someone else’s wife. Everyone is so united that it doesn’t matter who a person is or what color his skin. In order to give the greatest gift of all, the Almighty created love; love is the ultimate gift from the root of conscience. In order to make love work, God created men and women as plus and minus, so that love could blossom centering on uniting into one love. Love unifies all divisions: connecting all elements into oneness and harmonizing all differences. If love were removed, everything would be miserable.
We cannot deny that the greatest gift of all the Creator endowed upon humanity is love. In light of that conclusion, is the direction of the root of conscience a crooked line or a straight line toward that goal? (Straight line.) Is there confusion or not? (No!) Love travels the shortest distance and the fastest way. Love always hits you at 90 degrees because the 90-degree impact is the strongest and most powerful direction. (Father draws a 90-degree angle on the board.) In perfect four directional 90 degree angles there is no loss or no waste because they fit perfectly. The root of conscience works in the same way. For love to manifest perfectly, there must be subject and object, plus and minus, men and women the creation was made in that fashion. Man’s conscience is object to the root of conscience, which is the subject. When they meet, they create the circle of life. How can we connect with and fulfill this ideal purpose? Through the love circle. Creation’s purpose and the root of conscience’s direction are the same goal. Amen? (Amen.)
So what are the most important things for human beings? Conscience and love. Anybody opposed? (No.) The unchangeable conscience enjoys being united together with an unchangeable quality of love that is the formula way. How about American love? Is it changeable? (Yes.) How many degrees changeable? (180 degrees.) Not 180,360 degrees. A circle has a center, but American love has no center, so it strikes and destroys every place it comes in contact with: the family, society and nation. The American way of love needs a reformation to bring it back to the original state. For that reason God’s providential plan was to send the Messiah, to give God’s solutions to mankind.
CREATE THE TRUE MINUS
There are two layers in man. One is mind, which is God’s side, and the other is body, which is Satan’s side. Without Satan the mind and body would be Godlike and united into one. However, because of Satan this second part, the body, became another plus. So a double plus was formed. Therefore, when the Messiah comes, the seed of original plus and minus, original unity of mind and body, would be germinated. And starting from there, it would grow into a better quality and larger quantity, to eventually occupy the entire world vertically and horizontally.
The Messiah comes to bring men and women into the original state. Because of the fall, Satan occupied man’s body, and multiplied his own children. Mankind’s lineage is stained. This has been the problem. Satan has always been in the plus position, but now Satan’s plus has been knocked down as a major plus has been created the Messiah. Our role is to create a minus in front of True Parents. Father is looking for this kind of man.
Within a seed there are two parts a plus part and a minus part, or subject and object part. They are surrounded by the cover of the seed. Man was created to be love’s universal representative. Love would envelope the subject and object parts of man, just like a seed cover. When plus and minus are totally united within the cover of love, then if another plus tried to invade, the original plus would repel it. Universal power would repel the illicit plus, because if this invasion were successful, the universal order would be broken. That is the reason for this protecting love cover.
The universal law is our best policeman, because it always protects righteousness. Therefore, when a plus and minus harmonize, the universe protects them so illicit love attempts would be expelled.
FATHER DISCOVERS NEW LAWS
By the same token, during a thunderstorm you hear thunder and see lightning that means multibillions of volts of plus and minus are clashing in the sky. How can these small volts organize themselves into such a gigantic plus and gigantic minus? As long as the individual pluses and minuses don’t unite, then plus unites with plus, minus unites with minus, becoming bigger and bigger until the time comes when they explode with a loud crash.
This is a beautiful principle Father discovered: as long as no object has formed, the subject always increases itself-uniting plus and plus and plus and the object also increases itself by adding minus, minus, minus, and so on. When you study traditional physics books, you see the statement that plus always repels plus electricity, and minus always repels minus electricity. But Father has discovered that is not true. Rather, they unite until the time they find their corresponding subject or object, at which time they repel. So it is a universal law that when a plus and minus are united, no one wants a third party to invade not in the plant kingdom, insect kingdom, and so on. With human beings, before one gets married, all the boys get together among themselves. Girls will gather among themselves. That’s fine and natural. But when one of the boys gets married, if the other boys approach him to say, “Let’s play!” the bridegroom will say to them, “Get out of here!” He doesn’t want that invasion. It’s the same thing with the women. If a woman has a very handsome husband, but one of her girlfriends is prettier than herself, she will push her out and shut the door. Why? Because when a couple harmonizes into one, the universe wants to protect it from invasion by a third party.
Another important law of the universe is when there is a perfect plus, or perfect subject, even though no object preexists, it automatically forms. The perfect plus creates a perfect minus. This is the “evolution theory”. Father is not talking about Darwin’s evolution theory; this is the Divine Principle’s evolution theory. When plus and minus unite, they become either a greater plus or greater minus to attract another greater plus or minus, which when united together create an even greater plus or minus, and so on. In this way progress would be made.
FATHER’S DISPENSATION PRINCIPLE
For instance, man has both plus and minus mind and body. United they make a complete, small entity. This creates a big plus, and automatically a minus is formed. This is why when you compare the number of men and women in the world, it is almost equal. This is an original creation formula.
This is also Father’s dispensational principle. Father always positions himself as the perfect plus, perfect subject. When he moves forward and collides with another plus, it is either shattered to pieces or becomes a minus. If this person becomes a minus, then Father grows in strength because it means the person unites with Father.
The United States of America, one of the superpowers of the world, hit Rev. Moon. What happened? Universal law says the United States was shattered. Conscientious people rose up, uniting with me to become an incredible universal force spreading throughout the world.
So America persecuted Father, but what happened? The Soviet Union welcomed Father, and the Soviet officials welcomed him into the Kremlin. They put themselves in a minus position to Father, and by uniting with him created a big plus. When the United States hit Father, they were shattered. The Soviet Union became a minus to Father and harmonized with him.
When you men and women are given the Blessing by True Parents, together your couple becomes a heavenly plus. All kinds of outside minor pluses are hitting you; but when you stand in the position of strong, absolute plus, then these other pluses will either be shattered or join you. As you become a giant plus, you can challenge the national and even the worldwide level. That is exactly my way of life: I initiated my battle as an individual, then climbed to the family, tribe, clan, national, and finally worldwide levels. I have been on the worldwide level for a long time and now am fighting on the universal level.
I want you to understand that human history started out in tragedy, because Adam and Eve, instead of entering Heaven, fell as teenagers before they were ready to be blessed. Since then fallen generations have been flourishing, not God’s lineage.
Satan uses two tactics to prolong his reign. First of all, Satan destroyed all the evidence, by centering everything on the body. The body is Satan’s coverup weapon. Satan’s other weapon is the perversion and misuse of sex.
However, the conscience is God’s weapon. Since Satan knows that, he always tries to have the power of the body obscure the power of the conscience. So much immorality is flourishing in this country, because the conscience has been diminished by Satan’s tactics. Therefore, rich people are usually in Satan’s realm. Satan always helps the body centered people make a lot of money. With a good conscience, it is hard to become rich. Money has become a satanic weapon in creating an incredibly immoral culture. There are many artificial intoxications: tobacco is one, alcohol is another, but the worst one is drugs. Prostitution, free sex, homosexuality and lesbianism are all satanic weapons obscuring the work of the conscience. Through these, Satan’s rule is prolonged.
So God is warning the world through the mouth of Father, that you must find the way of life where your conscience shall be satisfied. There is no way to get to Heaven following the way of the body. By way of the conscience, yes! Unification Church members therefore, have been chosen as God’s champions to go into all satanic areas including houses of prostitution. We are going to revive the way of the conscience.
You must always become an absolute plus no matter what; confront evil pluses and either convert them into minuses or shatter them so that Satan will be defeated. That is Father’s strategy. God sent Father to America to show this country their wrongs. America will change or perish in the not so distant future. The majority of the white people in this country do not want to change or be involved in making “heaven on earth.” They say, “We are happy already, we don’t need Rev. Moon. What he is saying makes me feel bad; we’re going to kick him out.” They have created an atmosphere of persecution against the Unification Church. By myself I am taking a stand and people are opposing me. But they cannot destroy me, because I am in the absolute plus position. The minus position automatically follows me, becoming the same level on the opposite side. This is the original, universal law of creation. So no matter how difficult the situation is, I cannot be defeated or weakened. I am standing as the victor in front of the whole spiritual world and all of creation! Mansei! Let us glorify God!
CONFIDENCE TO RESTORE THE FAMILY
Now you know Satan’s tactics: “I can attain man’s mind through his body.” People accuse us: “Rev. Moon and the Unification Church members are working too hard; on such a beautiful spring day they should be outside! enjoying themselves.” Your body says: “I like good food, good clothes, a beautiful house with a comfortable bed to sleep on.” Your habits sound and taste very good, and you like to pursue those sweet feelings. Satan tempts you with stimulating things: drugs, alcohol, beautiful women and handsome men. But if you follow that way you will go to hell. This is the most dangerous war. Mankind is making horrible conditions through which Satan can claim this world. Now, because of free sex, even grandfather and granddaughters have relationships, mothers and sons, daughters and fathers. These phenomena are occurring all over the world; this is the reality. Do you have confidence to restore God’s original ideal family system? Until now Satan has been spreading his propaganda all over the world. Can you turn it around?
God has been waiting so long for true ownership. True Parents are the true mind and true love owners, achieving the kingship of true love. My main mission has been to restore true mind and true love. The realm of conscience has been the victim throughout history, not the victor. We lost our most precious possession, the kingship of the mind, to Satan. How can we restore this? Our most important task is to restore the kingship of the mind and the kingship of true love. Those two form a relationship that is 180 degrees different from the satanic world. True God, True Parents, true love, true life, true lineage! No matter how strong it is now, Satan’s power will diminish. True love, life, and lineage connect eternally to the Original Heart’s purpose. Not Satan’s purpose. Humankind has eternal life centering on true love. This is the original purpose of creation. You absolutely need True Parents in order to restore the absolute ownership of conscience and the absolute true love kingship.
TAKE BACK YOUR DIGNITY
The connecting point of love between God and mankind is man’s sexual organ. That is the king’s palace of true love and true life. When a man and woman connect in true love, children are created. This becomes the true kingship lineage. The palace of love is life’s most valuable thing. Not just anyone can open that place only the absolute owner. When man and women unite in true love, absolute intimacy and soul baring takes place. From that, God’s ideal would automatically appear. This is God’s original purpose. Originally there was no need for a Messiah. We need the Messiah to bring us salvation because man fell, but originally God gave us everything ideal mind, God’s body, God’s love. All these were lost through the fall. Your original mind understands how valuable these things are. So uproot Satan from your life and take back your original human dignity.
For mankind, the most important point is mind, and second is love. But Satan claimed these things, making this world into hell. God has been looking down on such a miserable situation for so long, tediously trying to restore these points. No one knew this until Rev. Moon came into this world and uncovered everything. No one knew Satan’s secret. I am pulling this world back to God’s side, creating the individual and family foundation, and now giving the Holy Blessing. God’s family is pulling Satan’s families back to God. We must proclaim to every family: “You are wrong; you belong to Satan’s side. Cut from Satan and follow me. Otherwise you will go to hell.” I have spoken God’s words, but people ask, “What are you saying? We’re happy. We inherited our way of life from our ancestors and we will live the same way in the future. Why are you complicating things?”
But I have taken the way of conscience every time. I have opened doors and left them open behind me, for you to follow. My path has become the universal textbook of love. If you can understand the contents of this textbook, you will be grateful forever. After tasting its sweet contents, you won’t want to turn back, no matter how much your parents, your relatives, and your nation come against you. Have parents ever kidnapped their children before in history? No! It occurred for the first time in the Unification Church. This was Satan’s last weapon to destroy unification centering on Rev. Moon. But no matter how much I was hit, I continued rolling around the world, like a soccer ball, standing in the exact 90-degree center of the sphere.
But now I am over 70 years old a grandfather’s age. Usually young people don’t want to listen to an old man. Do you need me? (Yes!) Why? (True love.) I am standing in the True Parents’ position. No matter how old I look, I possess the most valuable things: through me you can connect to true love, true life and true lineage. There is no other way. You have to obtain those three and take them back to humankind. First you have to connect with Father.
You always want to be with me, isn’t that true? Every time I leave this country, America seems vacant. When I come back, America seems full. Love power is behind that kind of mysterious phenomenon. We want to dwell in eternal true love. There we will find happiness, hope, peace, and freedom. Centering on love, freedom exists eternally. The American concept of freedom is wrong.
How can the enemy world connect to me? This is God’s desire; it is my desire too. Today, on Parents’ Day, I wrote “The True Parents’ Realm of Victory.” The realm of victory started out from the small individual realm, and climbed to the family realm, tribe realm, national realm, international and worldwide realm, and now I am covering the entire universe. I am working to liberate the communist world. That is proceeding very well. You are students and you have to earn a diploma from the True Parents, becoming the True Children of the True Parents. That diploma cannot be compared to a diploma from Harvard University, which is like a peanut, like nothing.
PRICELESS FEELING OF LOVE
Satan, knowing he is defeated by the power of True Parents, is now bargaining with God: ”I’ll give up everything-all the universe, all mankind, all material wealth, even myself-I’ll give up everything, if you would give me Rev. Moon?” And God will say, “No! Get behind me Satan!”
If someone says to you, “I’ll give you all of New York City if you give me your son or your daughter,” would you do it? (No!) If someone says, ”I’ll give you the entire wealth of the United States in exchange for your husband or wife,” would you do it? (No!) You can’t embrace the United States the mountains, the dirty Hudson River and say, “This is my lover.” However, when your little child comes to you, “Daddy, Mommy” particularly when you’ve been away for a while, then tears trickle down your cheek, and your heart is completely melted. No money can be compared to that kind of feeling. This is the priceless feeling of love love feeling, love vibration, love light. Love vibration the entire universe will vibrate together, dancing according to that love vibration.
This is the month of April, so when you go to a park there are beautiful flowers in bloom. Let’s say there is a torrential rain that virtually destroys the flowers. Will you embrace those flowers, saying, “Oh what can I do to save you from the destruction of the rain? I’m so sad.” You’re crying together with the flowers; you love God’s creation so much. God’s heart will be moved and He will say, “You are truly my son; you are truly my daughter.” All of sudden, God will say, “Rain, go away! Come out, rainbow.” And a rainbow will appear in the sky. The flowers will smile at you and say, “Thank you, God’s son.”
PRECIOUS MESSIAHSHIP
I am making this analogy because if you love God’s creation that much, how much more will you love your own children and spouse? Flowers are stationary, but little children follow you; you can walk together and embrace your spouse. This is what the family is all about, centering on true love. So how can you compare that with the love of creation, such as the love of flowers?
If you really want to know the world of love, you have to understand the world of True Parents’ love. This is where the original root is located. When I wear the glasses of conscience, looking at the United States of America, I have absolutely no shame. America has sinned in front of me, judging me and giving me the guilty verdict. That’s what the United States did to Reverend Moon. Danbury will not be erased; it’s going to remain throughout the rest of the United States’ history to the end.
I would like to bequeath this realm of True Parents’ victory to you, as your inheritance. Father’s victory goes from the individual all the way to the worldwide and universal wide levels. You can inherit the realm of victory of True Parents when you create your own tribe and become a tribal messiah.
What is a tribal messiah? It means you become the ancestor of your own tribe. Your ancestors and future generations will look upon you as the Abraham of your family.
I knew the preciousness of Messiahship; for that reason nothing mattered no suffering was too great, no torment or persecution too much. That is how I could come this far. Because I suffered so much, an incredible amount of blessing comes to me. I have so many medals all over my body. You cannot see, but there are spiritual medals everywhere on Father’s body because each victory represents one medal. So I received many medals: this one is for purity, this one is for true value. But these all come to you free this is what I am trying to bequeath. You may not believe my words today; but when you go to spiritual world, you will understand exactly what I am saying today. If you come to realize this only after you arrive in spirit world, it will be too late. Then what could you do? Can you look upon Father? You cannot squarely face Father. You would be so shameful, you have to turn your face.
I know the rules of the spirit world absolutely. For that reason, during my entire life here on earth, I have been treated almost like an outcast. I am enduring and persevering because I know the end result. Do Bush or Gorbachev know the laws governing the spirit world and how to govern the world through God’s principles? Not at all; neither one. But if they listen to Rev. Moon then they will come to know the rules of the universe. How could they take my words seriously and not think that I am a swindler? If they look at my life, then they will know. I am the absolute plus walking under the most incredibly adverse conditions day after day, victoriously. I became a worldwide leader, changing the shape of the world today. From now on there will be no more persecution; no one can torment me anymore. All of mankind will see Rev. Moon as the victor and their only hope.
Generally speaking, the reputation of Unification Church members is that you are dedicated, sacrificial, and conscientious not pursuing the carnal desires of the body. Now there are people who can live in purity on the face of the earth. A new breed has been created, with a conscience like angels. It is not just a dream, though for most people it is a dream. For us it is a reality.
Give thanksgiving to God that we could know True Parents and learn how to live this beautiful way. This is the worst threat to Satan, but at the same time, the greatest joy and greatest blessing for God. You must realize you cannot diminish this great treasure and tradition that Father has built through you.
SECRET TREASURE OF THE UNIVERSE
You need two sets of parents, God and True Parents, in order to build such a standard they have been tortured, they have shed blood, they have been persecuted and shamed. They have received the most incredible incrimination. With that price, this priceless treasure has been won. This is really the secret treasure of the universe. From this we can demolish hell-hell on earth and hell in the spirit world. Furthermore, we can build the Kingdom of Heaven on the earth and in Heaven. Hallelujah, Amen! (Applause)
I want you to understand how precious is True Parents’ realm of victory. Father has won it with his life’s blood and sweat. Now Father and Mother want to turn it over to you without any price; bequeath it to you so that it becomes yours through continuing Father’s tradition and becoming a tribal messiah. You may not be 100 percent at first, but as long as you belong to the main tree, you become the Tree of Life and can multiply life. So you are going to restore the elder son’s position; you are going to restore True Parents’ position; you are going to restore the kingship position. The main trunk of the tree is the True Parents; the flowers that will blossom on this main tree and the flowers that will blossom on your branches are identical. They are not two different flowers, but the same flower. They will bear identical fruit and seeds.
Another incredible vertical element plus horizontal element is happening because of that; that is, the spirit world is coming down and assisting you. This is one reality that is happening. Additionally, when you inherit True Parents’ realm of victory, all the different religions on the face of the earth will assist you. Because they are affected by their own spirit world, they have to come to assist you. The Old Testament, New Testament, and Completed Testament eras’ spirit worlds are coming down. Their correlating denominations on earth will assist you.
MIRACLES IN YOUR LIFETIME
The Old Testament and New Testament eras are like the main trunk, right? There are great numbers of saints there. When they come down to assist Father’s ministry, as well as your ministry, they are affecting their own denomination and horizontally those people come to assist you. Therefore, you are going to see the most incredible miracles in your lifetime in your hometown and community. Just test it out yourself; just kick and create a problem initiate something. Then you will see a most wondrous power coming to act with you. So far we have been living with a persecution mentality. When you start speaking to someone, your heart pounds: “What will I do if they are negative?” On the contrary, it will be the opposite. You are the tower of strength, the absolute plus. When you talk to people, their heart is pounding: “What a mighty power that woman has! What mighty words are spoken by that man!” We have the most powerful weapons: Divine Principle and True Love and True Parents! Amen! (Applause)
We are celebrating the 32nd Parents’ Day today. So the 33rd Parents’ Day will be in 1992. 32nd anniversary means 31 years; 33rd anniversary means 32 years; and then 34th anniversary means 33 years. The next two years are going to be very significant. This is the life span of Jesus. Rev. Moon’s lone power is greater and heavier on the scales than the world’s power. Father is a heavyweight champion; the world is light weight. That’s true. Did you imagine that Father would go to the Soviet Union in his lifetime? Father predicted it.
Do you trust and believe Father’s words? (YES!) Or just: “I will take into consideration what Father said today.” Are you going to consider or trust and believe? (Trust and believe!) You are eating from a sweet honey jar. Do you want to just enjoy the honey all by yourself or take it with you to share with everyone in your hometown?
You will give them not just honey, but you will give them eternal life. We have the honey factory: the honey maker is Rev. Moon! The amazing thing is that the universal raw material is so abundant. Father can make jar, after jar, after jar. If you have no more supply, just come to Father and ask for honey. (Applause)
