Father’s prayer before and after the Sunday sermon, “Perfect Restoration,” on May 21, 1972 in Seoul, Korea.
Opening Prayer
Dear Father,
Today is May 21, 1972, the third Sunday of this month. Please bless these people here this morning and please succeed in establishing a new hope, a new peace, and a new unified world. Please take these people into Your heart, who are dedicated to sacrifice their lives for Your purpose and Your will. Allow us to be citizens in Your glorious land. Please bless those who are thinking of this place from everywhere, not only from Korea but also from abroad. They are longing with tears for this place as their homeland. Give them utmost blessing, sympathy and victory. Please let us know what to do. Today is the second Sunday since my return to Korea. Make this day a glorious and joyful day for You.
Please tell us what to do for this new period. We know we have to start a new plan according to historic restoration. From the Beginning to the End, please be with us. We know that without You there is no big victory in human history. Without You there is no victorious past, present and future. You want to see more people who are living centered upon You, obeying Your will and hoping Your will shall be done.
Because of the fall we are far apart from You. The way back to You is painful, indemnifying, but only through this way can we go back to You.
Father, we know only Your love and sympathy can save our lives. Please do not leave us as we are. Please come to us and awaken our hearts so our original minds can long for You and praise You.
Please help us to become like those who really feel they are called for Your purpose, to sacrifice their lives and to offer everything for Your will. We are not perfect, not mature, but help us to stand and go until the victorious standard is established. If we are in the middle of the way for restoration, please push us to the end for Your will.
Father, I sent people out to many places for the new hope, new nation because of the worldwide providence. Please be everywhere they are and let them be a group who are longing for Your heart, praising You as Father even in the midst of a bitter fallen world.
Please take comfort from those who are dedicated to sacrificing everything, even their lives, for You, because until now You carried alone a sad history in Yourself.
These people are dedicated to do Your will so that one day You will have Your nation and Your world. Please help them to do so and let everybody know that You exist as victorious Father.
We are born not for ourselves. We are called not because of us but for You and Your nation. We are called to do Your will as heavenly soldiers and we want You to be proud of us. We will bring a victorious happy day for You in history.
We will continue in the future, but please guide us and give us light if we are in despair or in difficult situations. Heavenly Father, You only are our center and standard and light in the darkness. Father, please help us to unite with You in our hearts and eliminate the sinful root from us and clean our hearts through Your power so that we can stand as victorious people at last.
Father, here are twenty-two members from Europe. Please bless them and let everything they do in Korea be helpful for Your providence. Please allow this day to become a holy day.

Closing Prayer
Father,
We thought that hope for restoration lay in the world, but today we realize it is in ourselves. Father, we also know that we can only reach out for Your love through a sacrificial life and being for others. Jesus loves his enemy. Israel was not his enemy. Rome was his enemy. Even as he was dying, he forgave them and prayed for them. In this way he died for others, for Rome. This is why Rome knelt down to Jesus. This showed us how goodness stands and wins the victory.
Father, we are not born for ourselves. We have to establish this tradition of true love. We also want to be for You. If we cannot establish this standard of love, You will leave and Satan will be in this world. Even though we sacrifice our lives, we have to keep this standard. We pray for Your help to become absolute objects of love to You. Today, perfect restoration can be possible only on this foundation, where true love is the center and we forget ourselves in loving mankind and all things.
That is why we have to resemble You as Your sons and daughters. Please watch us until we finish this course, from the individual level to the world. Please let many blessings and love appear in the world and help us to bring Your day as the victorious one.
